YA Fiction books are a great step up from chapter books. YA or Young Adult books are a cleaner version of “adult” books and great for the younger reader. As with any books, you should read them yourself first before letting your child read them. Some children (and adults) are more sensitive than others. Children's maturity level varies as well.

This list is the last of the Goodread's 2017 Choice Awards. I hope you enjoyed all of the different genres. Did you find a new favorite book? If you missed any of the past genres listed, they are still on the blog.

I hope you have enjoyed all of the different genre's I have posted since the beginning of the year. Did you find a new favorite book? I'd love to hear about it!
